All standard booths will be designed and built by the organizers, using modular aluminium system.

All furnished booths are on a hiring basis and exhibitors are usually not allowed to make any alterations to the structure of the booths or remove any integral parts from the booths. Exhibitors that prefer to delete or change the location of any standard equipment (e.g. spotlights) within the booth should indicate them clearly on the booth design - plan, and forward it together with clear instructions to “EXPOTIM” office before 25th of
October 2013. Notification of booth equipment alteration/deletion cannot be received after the deadline.

Wall panels and other additional construction elements are to be undamaged after the fair and cleared from the remains of sticky tape.

No tapes, nails or fixtures of any kind are allowed to be affixed to the partitions, floor or ceiling. Exhibitors
are liable to any damage caused to their booth fixtures, fittings at the fair.

The cost of the damaged stand construction elements and additional equipment will be vindicated from the
exhibitor on the basis of new equipment cost.

Standard booth exhibitors that request additional equipment such as extra spots, furniture, etc. should use Form B03 for ordering the required facilities and submit
them by October 25, 2013.
